The Journal is a fully Open Access publication. This means that all articles are made immediately and permanently available online upon publication. We believe in the unrestricted dissemination of scholarly research to ensure that published content is freely accessible to readers, researchers, and institutions worldwide without any subscription, registration, or access fees.

In accordance with the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI), "Open Access" means the free availability of literature on the public internet, permitting any users to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of these articles.
