Author Guidelines

The following guidelines outline the standards for manuscript preparation and submission to ensure academic quality, ethical compliance, and consistency with international scholarly publishing practices.

1. Scope and Eligibility

Manuscripts submitted must fall within the journal’s defined aims and scope and contribute original, significant, and methodologically sound research to the field of business and management.

2. Originality and Ethical Compliance

  • Submissions must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration by any other journal.
  • All manuscripts must comply with publication ethics as outlined by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).
  • Plagiarism, data fabrication, falsification, or redundant publication is strictly prohibited.
  • Authors are responsible for ensuring appropriate permissions for copyrighted material and ethical approval where applicable.

4. Manuscript Preparation

Include the manuscript title, author names, departmental and institutional affiliations, corresponding author's name and email address.

Provide a concise, structured summary covering the study's background, objectives, methodology, key findings, and conclusions. Keep it within 250–300 words and avoid citations, tables, and figures

Keywords

Provide 4–6 relevant keywords that represent the main topics of the manuscript and improve discoverability and indexing.

Introduction

Present the research background, rationale, objectives, significance, and relevant research gap. Support key statements with appropriate citations.

Methods

Describe the research design, methods, data sources, participants or materials, and analytical procedures used in the study, as applicable.

Present the study's findings clearly and objectively. Use appropriately numbered tables and figures where necessary, with titles, captions, and references in the text.

Interpret the findings, explain their significance, and discuss relevant implications and limitations.

Summarize the main findings, highlight the study's contributions, and state its implications without introducing new results.

6. Authorship and Contributions

  • All listed authors must have made a substantial contribution to the research.
  • Any changes to authorship after submission require editorial approval.

7. Submission and Editorial Process

  • All manuscripts undergo an initial editorial screening for scope, quality, and ethical compliance.
  • Manuscripts meeting preliminary requirements are sent for double-blind peer review.
  • Editorial decisions are final and based solely on scholarly merit.
