The following guidelines outline the standards for manuscript preparation and submission to ensure academic quality, ethical compliance, and consistency with international scholarly publishing practices.


1. Scope and Eligibility

Manuscripts submitted must fall within the journal’s defined aims and scope and contribute original, significant, and methodologically sound research to the field of business and management.


2. Originality and Ethical Compliance

  • Submissions must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration by any other journal.
  • All manuscripts must comply with publication ethics as outlined by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).
  • Plagiarism, data fabrication, falsification, or redundant publication is strictly prohibited.
  • Authors are responsible for ensuring appropriate permissions for copyrighted material and ethical approval where applicable.

3. Manuscript Types

4. Manuscript Preparation

6. Authorship and Contributions
