1. Manuscript Submission and Originality

  • Manuscripts submitted to E-Publication must be original, unpublished, and not under review by any other publisher at the time of submission.

  • Authors must ensure their work is unique and authentic and adheres to ethical standards.

  • Once an article is submitted, authors should not withdraw or retract the submission without prior editorial agreement.

  • Manuscript revisions after submission are permitted only in accordance with editorial policies and in consultation with the author.

  • Submission of a manuscript implies the author’s agreement to comply with any processing or publication-related fees where applicable.

2. Preliminary Review and Formatting

  • All manuscripts undergo an initial editorial review to check compliance with submission guidelines, journal scope, and quality standards before journal submission.

  • E-Publication may recommend necessary formatting or technical adjustments to align manuscripts with target journal requirements.

  • The editorial team reserves the right to make corrections or format changes after consulting with the author as needed.

3. Author’s Assurance

When submitting to E-Publication, authors affirm that:
